Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Pump Operator under the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Bihar. Candidates with Matriculation and ITI Certificate in Machinist or Fitter trade can apply.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th) Pass from a recognized Board.
- AND
- ITI Certificate in Machinist OR Fitter Trade from a recognized Industrial Training Institute (NCVT/SCVT).
- Note: Distance Education ITI certificates are NOT valid. Only Regular course certificates are accepted.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus (CBT)
The Computer Based Test will be conducted for 100 Marks (Time: 2 Hours). The paper will be bilingual (Hindi/English).
